KV Kathak – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KV Kathak, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience in classical dance through our online and offline courses. Please review our refund and cancellation terms before enrolling.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances, including for live classes, recorded courses, and digital downloads.
• No cancellation is permitted once the course has been purchased or access granted.
• If a session is canceled or rescheduled by KV Kathak, an alternative class or rescheduling option will be offered.
• In the case of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification, typically within 7–10 business days.
• Refund requests, if any, must be sent via email with proof of transaction.
